About Us

About Fresher Job Finder

Fresher Job Finder was started in 2025 by a group of graduates from Bengaluru who personally struggled to find relevant entry-level jobs after college. We noticed that most job platforms were built for experienced professionals not for freshers who are just starting out.

Founded by Inumula Kalyan Kumar and Sathwik Katta, the platform was created with a clear mission to simplify the job search process for fresh graduates.

Why We Built This

Every year, thousands of students graduate from colleges across India with solid degrees, real skills, and genuine ambition – and still spend months struggling to find their first job.

It’s not because they’re not good enough.

It’s because nobody taught them how the hiring process actually works.

Nobody told them that most companies use ATS software that filters out resumes before a human ever reads them. Nobody explained that a LinkedIn profile with “Seeking Opportunities” in the headline gets ignored by recruiters. Nobody walked them through how to prepare for an interview beyond “be confident and be yourself.”

That gap – between what colleges teach and what companies actually want – is exactly why Fresher Job Finder exists.

So we built this platform specifically for students and recent graduates. Our goal is simple: help you find practical career guide that most freshers never had, relevant job opportunities without wasting hours scrolling through listings that don’t match your profile.

Today, Fresher Job Finder helps thousands of students across India discover jobs, internships, and career resources all in one place. We regularly update listings, publish career guides, and share free tools to help you land your first job faster.

What We Actually Do Here

We help freshers get jobs faster.

Simple as that.

Here’s how we do it:

Job Listings That Are Actually Relevant
We curate fresher-friendly openings from companies that genuinely hire new graduates – not listings that say “fresher” but require 2 years of experience. Every listing goes through a basic check before it shows up here.

Career Guides Written for Real Situations
Our blog covers the stuff that actually matters – how to write a resume that gets past ATS filters, how to answer “tell me about yourself” without freezing, how to negotiate your first salary without being awkward about it. We write for the person who’s figuring this out for the first time, not someone who already knows everything.

Free AI Tools That Actually Work
We’ve built a set of AI-powered tools using Claude AI that freshers can use for free – a job finder that matches your profile to real openings, a resume reviewer that gives specific feedback, an interview prep coach, and more. These aren’t gimmicks. They’re genuinely useful.

Resume Templates That Pass ATS
We provide templates that are specifically formatted to get through applicant tracking systems – the software most companies use to automatically screen resumes before a recruiter looks at them.

Who This Is For

If you’re in any of these situations, you’re in the right place:

  • You’re in your final year of B.Tech, BCA, BBA, B.Com, MBA, or any other degree and you’re trying to figure out the job search process
  • You graduated recently but haven’t landed a job yet and you’re not sure what you’re doing wrong
  • You’ve been applying to jobs but getting zero responses and you want to understand why
  • You have an interview coming up and you want to prepare properly
  • You’re not sure which companies to target or which roles make sense for your background
  • You want to build a LinkedIn profile or GitHub profile that actually gets noticed

We’re not trying to be everything for everyone. We’re specifically focused on freshers and early-career job seekers in India.

Our Content Standards

Everything published on Fresher Job Finder goes through a review process before it goes live.

Accuracy first. We don’t publish advice that sounds good but doesn’t actually work. If we recommend a strategy, it’s because there’s real evidence behind it — from actual hiring managers, actual placement data, or actual student experiences.

We update old content. The job market changes. What worked two years ago might not work today. We revisit our most important articles regularly and update them when things have changed.

We correct mistakes. If something we published turns out to be wrong or outdated, we fix it. If you spot something that needs correcting, use our Contact page and we’ll address it.

We don’t take money to promote jobs or companies. Our job listings and company recommendations are based on relevance and quality, not who paid us. If we ever run sponsored content, it will be clearly labeled.

A Note on Career Advice

Career guidance is not one-size-fits-all.

What works brilliantly for a CSE student targeting product companies in Bangalore might be completely wrong for a mechanical engineering student looking at core manufacturing roles in Pune. What’s true for an MBA fresher targeting FMCG roles is different from what works for a data science fresher targeting analytics roles.

We try to be specific about who each piece of advice is for. But you should always filter what you read through your own context – your degree, your city, your target industry, your personal circumstances.

Think of our content as informed guidance from someone who’s studied the job market closely, not a guarantee of outcomes. Use it as a starting point, combine it with your own research, and adapt it to your specific situation.

What We're Building Toward

Right now, Fresher Job Finder is a growing platform. We have career guides, job listings, AI tools, and resume templates. But we’re not done.

Over the next year, we’re working on:

  • Company-specific preparation guides – detailed breakdowns of how individual companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Amazon India, Flipkart, and others actually hire freshers, including their test formats, interview rounds, and what they look for
  • Industry salary reports – honest data on what freshers are actually getting paid across different roles and cities, not just the numbers companies advertise
  • Peer stories – real accounts from freshers who went through the process, what they did, what worked, what didn’t
  • Skill roadmaps – specific learning paths for freshers targeting different roles, with free resources for each step

If there’s something specific you’d find useful that we haven’t covered, we genuinely want to know. Use the Contact page and tell us.
