Overview
L&T Technology Services is conducting an off-campus drive for 2026 batch students for the role of Associate Engineer Trainee. This opportunity is mainly for students from core engineering backgrounds who are looking to start their careers in a reputed company.
The role is full-time, and selected candidates will be placed across different locations in India depending on business requirements.
Job Location
The company is hiring for multiple locations including Bangalore, Chennai, Mysore, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Vadodara, and Delhi. Final posting will be decided by the company.
Salary & Training Details
The offered CTC is around ₹4,00,100 per annum.
There will be a structured training period of up to 15 months:
First 3 months: Classroom training with a stipend of ₹25,000 per month
Next 12 months: On-the-job training as an Associate Engineer
This training phase is designed to prepare candidates for real-time project work and industry requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
Students must meet the following conditions:
Must be from Mechanical, Electrical (EE), Metallurgical, or Mechatronics branches
Minimum 60% or 6.75 CGPA in 10th, 12th, and graduation
No active backlogs at the time of application
Must complete graduation in the first attempt
Minimum age should be 18 years at the time of joining
Bond Details
Selected candidates will need to sign a service agreement (bond) of ₹2 lakhs for a duration of 2 years and 9 months. This is important to consider before applying.
