Micron Technology is hiring an Associate Engineer – IT QA CoE to support automation testing initiatives using UiPath Test Suite. The role focuses on test automation, SAP S/4HANA automation, QA engineering standards, and continuous improvement within the QA Center of Excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Test Automation (UiPath)
Design, develop, and maintain automated test workflows using UiPath Test Suite
Work with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Test Manager, and Test Cloud
Create reusable automation components and libraries
Execute automation across Cloud, On‑Prem, and Hybrid environments
Integrate automation execution with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
SAP S/4HANA & Web Automation
Develop automation scripts for SAP S/4HANA modules
Automate SAP GUI, SAP Fiori, and Web applications
Troubleshoot SAP automation stability and optimize selectors and performance
Quality Engineering & Test Management
Participate in requirement reviews to assess automation feasibility
Prepare and maintain automation test plans, test data, and execution reports
Integrate automation with UiPath Test Manager for reporting and traceability
Follow QA CoE standards, best practices, and governance models
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Work closely with developers, functional teams, and stakeholders
Contribute to automation framework enhancements and POCs
Perform defect analysis and root‑cause investigation
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
1–3 years of hands‑on experience in Automation Testing
Strong expertise in UiPath Test Suite (Studio, Test Manager, Test Cloud, Orchestrator)
Experience with Web, Windows, Desktop & SAP S/4HANA automation
Strong knowledge of UiPath selectors and UI Automation activities
Understanding of API testing (REST / SOAP)
Familiarity with Git, Azure Repos, and CI/CD pipelines
Knowledge of software QA methodologies and processes
